I tried this workout this morning. Finished it in 29.31. I have to say, I think I have to take off tomorrow to recup. SICK....You're nuts....I'm nuts...CROSSFIT is nuts. Do you mind if I put your blog on my blog....take care.

Yeah...this sucked. The actual painstorm was supposed to be down to 1 rep of each and with Bodyweight DL and 1/2 body weight cleans. UGH.

I took to day off, myself.
