I started doing CrossFit in August of '04, thanks to some needling by Brand X Students (Jason and Ricky) and Jeff Martin. I've never looked back. If look at me and say, well, of course YOU can do it, you are a maniac, then that is the beauty of CrossFit at work. Wednesday Rowing/Wall Ball

Started late, ran 400M before I realized I was not supposed to do Kelly. Tried to hit the 8' target.
