I started doing CrossFit in August of '04, thanks to some needling by Brand X Students (Jason and Ricky) and Jeff Martin. I've never looked back. If look at me and say, well, of course YOU can do it, you are a maniac, then that is the beauty of CrossFit at work. At BX, jeff puts in warmups,strength work or other rarely used movements together before the work out and also either a cool down-ish kind of thing after. He started calling it buy in and cash out because it's like putting in your ante in poker. It requires us to have less timme to eff around in class and gives people a chance for coaching on stuff normally not focused on by people on their own.
