Not timed. The goal was to get as high up on laddered hypoxic swings as you could. I sucked at this. The highest round I got was up to 5 :
breath 1 swing, breath, 2 swings, breath, 3 swings etc.
Terrible.
Cashout...shoulder stretching and various dip related skill work.
