Snack: Coconut pancakes, honey (coconut flour, eggs, honey, salt, coconut milk, vanilla), 1 cara cara orange
I started doing CrossFit in August of '04, thanks to some needling by Brand X Students (Jason and Ricky) and Jeff Martin. I've never looked back.
