I started doing CrossFit in August of '04, thanks to some needling by Brand X Students (Jason and Ricky) and Jeff Martin. I've never looked back. If look at me and say, well, of course YOU can do it, you are a maniac, then that is the beauty of CrossFit at work. You kick my butt at shoulder press- I did 70 today. My back squat and deadlifts are the same- both 200. I'm not sure if my back squat form is exactly right though. I probably need to get lower.
i have a previous pr of 235 x 1 on deadlift and i think I hit 100 on shoulder press one time but I've lost ground on those lifts recently. Lack of training. :/
