In my office gym, with barbell outside and rower inside. Gym and outside area full of guys using dumbells, cable machines, bosu balls, ski machines, recumbent bikes and leg press and butterfly machines.
Loaded bar with 4 10# plates and 2 5# plates. To give myself an out to drop 10# in case I had to break the 95# thrusters too much. Allowed myself one break per round. All rounds broken, 4, 3.
Not unhappy with that time at all. Heavy Metcon, I actually like it. Travel between rower and barbell actually probably kept me from dying but added a couple minutes to workout.
