Catchup post.

No workouts the week of Bradley's birthday...

9/25 Saturday: FGB - 249 (wall balls were a crash and burn. Note to self, start with wall ball next time.)
9/24 Friday, Ran 5k - continuous running, no walking,no resting. Almost puked.
9/23 Thursday, High Rep Bench Press 70# bench press x 33 (Event from SFPD IronMan), Row 2k 8:37.5
9/21 Monday, Run 400m 50 Squats x 4 do not remember time.
