Saturday - 9/11 Brand X First Responder WODs

@ Brand X: Choose from one of 5 workouts named for Fallen First Responders: Randy, RJ, Ryan, Arnie or Danny.

I started with RANDY @ 55# and finished in 11:53

Then after a long stretch of taking photos of other athletes getting their asses kicked, I felt bad.

So I did 1/2 Arnie
Well, I thought it was half, I got screwed up and did a bit more than half…

so did an extra set of R handed TGU and 25 extra squats with 25#kb in about 17 minutes
