First day back after being sick.
Did 6pm Crossfit Class with GD
75 thrusters 65#
Completed in 8 sets and 13:10
20-5-5-10-10-10-8-7
...the set of 20 cost me breaking the next two sets into 5's.
It seems like I could do better. But it also seems like not too bad of a showing.
Then crosspit working straight punches and 'crazy monkey' defense. Workout was 3 3-minute rounds sparring with burpees in the rest periods.
