Since it was still light out and I have an old GHD machine outside (and because I saw the Toths working on it when I left today):

Walking lunge, 100 ft (rough measure)
50 Squats
25 Back extensions

I don't know if that's a good time but it was really hard and I stretched my back after and my legs. I hope I am not crippled tomorrow!
