Deadlifts and Burpees

Hi…wow it’s been a while. Figured I better do something because Brendhan reminded me that we only have TWO WEEKS til the Mud Run

Great workout Laura! I found your blog from the BrandX website. It's been neat to read how far you've come. I've only been doing CF for 8 months or so and I'm amazed at the progress I've seen. I've enjoyed reading your path from the beginning... It's been an inspiration. My 2009 goal is to do a pull-up no assistance and I just read your post when you did your first one!
