I started doing CrossFit in August of '04, thanks to some needling by Brand X Students (Jason and Ricky) and Jeff Martin. I've never looked back. If look at me and say, well, of course YOU can do it, you are a maniac, then that is the beauty of CrossFit at work. Monday - Angie 31:23 (modified pushups)

Per Jeff's recommendation.
100 Pull ups
100 sit ups
100 squats
100 Push ups
About 1/2 of the pushups were on a tire. Thanks for the coaching, Jeff.
Also per his recommendation, I will add in push ups each day to build up my reps.
I believe it took me 40 something last time I did 100 box push ups.

Wounded Paw Angie
Workin' on 100 pullups, got to 68 before my hands were too raw to go on.
68 pull ups
75 push ups
75 abmat situps
75 squats
32:09 meh.
But I did do some HSPU practice - halfway to TS pad for 11 consecutive reps, then 5 more almost touching Tombstone pad.

Angie - 40:04 (box pushups)
This is my FIRST time doing Angie.
100 Pull ups - 16:59 chin past bar, didn't count reps that didn't cut it
100 Push ups - 12:40 box pushups on bench by BX front door
100 Sit ups - 6:15 not anchored full range
100 Squats - 4:10 full hip extension, past parallel (this was fun - oddly so.)
