Pr by 51 seconds. Pullups and KB swings unbroken (well, the last round of kb I held the kb for a few seconds before busting out the last 4)
I also did 4 sets of 10 pushups. Consecutive sets of 10 are rough for me. Then another set of 10 during the warmup.
I started doing CrossFit in August of '04, thanks to some needling by Brand X Students (Jason and Ricky) and Jeff Martin. I've never looked back. If look at me and say, well, of course YOU can do it, you are a maniac, then that is the beauty of CrossFit at work. Start doing CrossFit and in 6 months time, YOU will be the YOU that YOU looked at in AWE and perhaps a little skepticism. Please sign my GuestBook

Helen - Pack 12kg / 16:21
Since the 35kg bells were spoken for, I chose to use a 12kg bell instead of using a heavier dumbbell. I want to perfect the kettlebell swing so there is no substituting for that.
All swings unbroken, full ROM.
Runs all about 2:40. I need to get my running time down. I would like to see my runs come in UNDER 2:30.

Dammit.
And, it was with a 12kg bell. I haven't been crossfitting regularly so I figured it would be suicide using the 16kg bell.
Last time with 16kg was 17:26

Gotta get to Brand X more often. Frickin' work.
