100 situps
100 back extensions
Run 800
24:49 Pleased with that.
First 800 5:12 (PR) 100 situps 5:06 100 BE 8:30 !!!! Second 800 6:00 -- counting walking from back yard to street.
Back extensions get hard after about 30 of them. First set 25,rest were 9's and 5's
I'm really glad I found that BE device in the junkpile we have in our backyard!

Hi, Jodi. I am just posting as a regular crossfitter. I belong to the Brand X Martial Arts crossfit affiliate (http://crossfitbrandx.com) - run by Jeff and Mikki Martin and a bunch of awesome coaches.
I AM a level one certified trainer, but mostly I just try to get my friends to do crossfit.
I workout sometimes at home, sometimes at Brand X and sometimes at my office gym. I started this so I could keep track of how I am doing without having to search through archives of Brand X or CrossFit.com. But I also post pretty much the same thing on both of those sites as well because I enjoy sharing the commeraderie of other CrossFitters. Feel free to comment any time here but also check out the Brand X and CrossFit.com as well as the links to the left of my blog. Lots of great people out there doing this stuff.
