There was a cap of 20 minutes on this workout. Didn’t finish in 20 minutes. Didn't finsh the workout.

Finished 5th run at 20:03

All my ohs were unbroken. Runs killed me.

Have you always had this type of scheduling where you workout about every other day? Hmmmm I don't remember that being recommended. Seems to me 3 on 1 off or 5 on 2 off are acceptable. Very interesting.......

Actually I had been in the habit of M-W-Th-F-Sa workout shedule. so 1 on 1 off, 4 on, 1 off.

It's worked out fairly well for me. I've kind been out of my schedule a bit since the games.

Trying to get a handle on my diet but the more I focus on it the more difficult it is to stay on track. The workout suffer when I'm not religious about my schedule too.

There is no "acceptable" format...just do what your body likes best. I've done well with the 5 day schedule with Tuesday and Sunday off.

haha could say I'm sorta slackin...lol 4 days a week instead of five.

skipped saturday because I was discouraged about Friday's workout and slept in instead.
