My push ups are KILLING ME. hmmm possibly, the heavy thrusters. Probably should have done the m/u transitions on another day.

MU transitions are more important.
And I get a shot at beating you at something. So next time make sure you do InvisiFran after Crosspit. ;-)
Good work for putting the important stuff first. You're a step closer to your first MU.
