Sweetheart Couplet

Working out at home so I decided to make my own Valentine's workout:

55# C&J
Push ups ("box" pushups on 2" aerobic step topper)

I broke the C&J into 5's and 4's and the pushups into 5/5/5/6, 5/5/5, and 3/3/3

Exhilerating.
