I had fun tonight. Got to the school early and warmed up with: Pull ups, Handstand practice, round kick practice, a little matching on the wall, kicking the mean little dummy with round kicks and front defensive kicks.
Then did Jason's class

Everyone practiced handstands and handwalking together after class.
