6:30pm class @ Brand X

Complete as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes


5 DB deadlifts
10 DB cleans
15 DB push press

I completed 7 rounds with 20#
Plus 5 dead lifts, 10 cleans, 10 push press

Ran a Brand X mile (4 figure eights) - timer didn't work. Something between 11 - 12 minutes. Drat.
