Helen 16:51

Disappointed in my time. Back in march I did 15:08 with a 35# db

Not disappointed in my effort. My runs seem faster - under 2:20 but then I have nothing left in the tank for the pull ups and kb swings. I was kicked at the end. I couldn't talk and I had to lay down. I made a sweat angel! but no camera :(


Under dawg time is sooooo far away:

3 Rounds:
Run 400 M
21 Kettlebell Swings (Men 50#, Women 35#)
12 Pull ups

A new person told me I lookd great doing the pullups. I told him it took me a year and a half to get there and he said he couldn't probably do ONE. So told him, if he did crossfit he would. :)

I did 60 minutes of Krav after.

Monday: CrossPit - Killer
Tuesday: off
Wednesday: 30 min BJJ + Kempies 55# 5-10-15 workout - nailed it! ;)
Thursday: Hill Sprint + manmakers + monkey hangs - 2 tough rounds ugh
Friday - off
Saturday - Helen. 98 degrees out at 08:30a.

I think the heat was a factor. But mostly it is the running killing me. I can run faster but it is just kicking my ass.

Another factor I just don't deal wiht my diet properly and I have extra fat on my body. grrr.

Heat has a big part to play girl,although we dont get much of it over here!!

Well I definitley got my ass kicked and I know I was not slacking...If I have to lay down, I know I didn't have anything left.

A girl friend come to coach me as I finished the last set of pull ups and I waved her off and told her to shush. I had no wind to speak for a good 5 minutes it felt that way anyway. I almost puked during Krav class.
