The plan:
Breakfast 2 blocks
Snack 1-2 blocks
Lunch - 3 blocks
snack - 2 blocks
dinner - 3 blocks
I know that is twelve blocks but that is how I plan to roll. ;) Consistency first.

4 2 eggs/1 oz turkey/1 oz chz Tortilla/1/2 oz chips 1/4 cup salsa
1/2 pomegranite - spread out through the day.
I love pomegranate. :)

4 grilled beef/tortilla pieces/avocado + extra carbs from chips
1 latte - 1 cup whole milk
3 beef pattie (3 oz) + 2 cups lettuce with spray on dressing (1 gr fat) + cashews + 1 pkt oatmeal
2 zone bar
