2009 - year 5 of CrossFit in progress

Status: Sick.


Workout: Questionable. I may give it one more day before I work out.

Diet-- Zone...starting again.

Moring latte: 1 block
Breakfast: 1 cup cottage cheese and 1/2 cup fresh pineapple.
Lunch will be at the mall. It shall be some kind of meat and veggies.
Dinner....I think scrambled eggs salsa and veggies.

I may do an snack of a boiled egg and some kind of fruit (or popcorn to feed my salt craving.)
