Worked on some lifting that wasn’t the total.

Hang power snatch 5x5
50, 60, 65, 70, 75 (PR)

I need to "shrug more aggressively"...which is typical for me.

Hang power clean 5x4 (got interrupted)
75, 80, 85, 90

Push jerk 5x5
75, 80, 85, 90, 100 (PR)
