Prepackaged, marinated fresh chicken breasts cook nicely in our toaster over. A bag of pre cut broccoli you steam in the store bag and a fresh cut up cara cara orange.
3 oz of chicken, 1 cup of cooked broccoli and 1/2 an orange. Added a cup of whole milk.
Breakfast was 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and 1/2 cup of cut up fresh pineapple.
Lunch was a turkey, pepperjack cheese and sour dough bread sandwich. I ate half the sandwiche then the meat and cheese out of the other half.
I had a little bit more cottage cheese and pineapple with a bit of a nutbar before I left work to go to Brand X.
