Monday Mayhem

Then, in memory of a fallen soldier
“Maltz”
400m run
50 pull ups
200 yard farmer’s walk w/50lb dumbbells (25 for women)
50 dips (assisted by feet on floor)

100 push ups
50 knees to elbows
100 sit ups
