I think you should be proud. I did 35# and it killed my wrists for some reason. I did it in less than 5 minutes though so maybe I should have bumped it up to 55#... still not great at the movement so until I get it down, the lower weight it is!

Less than 5 is awesome. I should try it with 35#. LOL.

I've done it in just under 9 minutes before. i've had a long break from crossfit and just trying to get my game back. :)
