35# kb swings, Monkey hangs w/o Atlas pull ups.
I could not do Monkey Hangs in the third round. I think I did 2 then went on to KB swings.
I should have done the puppy workout on this one.

Dead hang about 1:00 at the beginning. No hang at the the end.
