Monday - Bear crawls, push ups and pull ups.

WOD

10 x 50’ bear crawls (one end of the mat and back)
10>1 pushups
10>1 pullups

There was a 20 minute cap. I completed through the 3 rep round in 20 minutes. I did all the pullups on the flat bars. That hurt me. Still I’m not too dissappointed.

But it's good for you. You've mastered angle bar pull-ups, time to move on. Good call.

Yeah...

I tried to use very little chalk as well. My pullups were in sets of 3 and 2. I did a couple of sets of 4. It takes much more brute strength.

Either that or I'm just weak again!
