First I did CrossFit with Jeff:
1 round:
21 x 20# db clean and jerk (from squat)
Run 800M
15 x 20# db clean and jerk
run 600m
9 x 20# db clean and jerk
run 400m
24:45
Then I did CrossPit class. Warmup with running and burpees, knee and shoulder tagging, run again, come in for skill work on straight punches, then the workout:
3 rounds of
15 45# thrusters
135 hard straight punches
Only good reps counted. 8:04
Then I counted for my partner (RESTED). After everyone was done, we did two rounds of mock sparring wiht Bas Rutten tape.
Me to Jeff (who gave me a LOOK as he tied on his black/red belt for Kenpo instruction): I'm still standing!
Jeff: Yeah, just BARELY!
