Barbara is a Dirty ^&%$#@

200m run
20 pull ups
200m run
30 push ups
200m run
40 situps
200m run
50 squats

did 3 sets of 10 pull ups !!!! then broke up the last 10 into two sets. Last pull up questionable so I did it over.

Squats, not too bad. Push ups, hellish but getting faster, situps tolerable.
Runs ok.
