Kempie posted this on Brand X and I think we did something similar a while back. I had spent my crossfit hour at the RockPile so I did Kempies workout at home:
5 rounds for time- 55# bar (Scaled for intensity)
Shoulder Press x 5
Push Press x 10
Push Jerk x 15
17:40
Put the bar down only between exercises and as noted:
SH Press unbroken
PU Press unbroken (round 2 - 5/5)
Push Jerk 9/6 (round 1 8/7)
