10x 10 DL & 15 Push ups

115# DL x 10
Push up x 15

10 round ~ 40 minutes
8 rounds in 32 minutes, last 2 rounds not timed apparently my shaking hands caused me to stop the timer when I checked it after round 8.

This is about the same time as last time, but with 40# heavier DL. About half the DL rounds were unbroken, the rest 5/5 Pushups 5/5/5 until round 7 then I had to start breaking more often. Last 8 were singles.

Scratch that, CrossFit Pierce County I guess is in/near tacoma. Run by my Friend Eugene Allen, I believe.
