I got 28. Which is actually better than I thought I would. Jeff had me work with Big Dawg ladies' weights which made me both happy and very afraid. LOL.

In parentheses, I put my first interval reps, so you can see what I sunk from.
I was so toasted at the end that I could not get the bar off the ground even though I did a double before the workout started.
However, I KNOW I can DL 205x1 so I will eat that one for the trade off of doing 105# cleans not only for the first time but for 8 rounds. (form not "spectacular")

me: Uhh I can clean 95.
Jeff: Ok, you can clean 105. Let me see you clean a couple before we start.
Me: *fails twice, barely catches it once*
Jeff: Ok. You can do that. Your score on cleans will be 1.
Me: Yes sir.
LOL. Really.
I am so jealous of you and the rest of the BrandX crew for having access to Jeff, Mikki and the other instructors. Appreciate them. I know you do, but they make such a difference, and stories like that give me endless entertainment.
