This was supposed to be Heavy Fran but guess what. I'm stupid and forgot the rep scheme. Also had to dump the weighted pull ups because i forgot how to kip. Lost about 5 minutes to trying to kip with an 8kg bell and then a 4 kg bell.
Practice Left punch + Right Punch + Right Round kick, Right Punch+Left Punch+ Left Round Kick with Mark after.
