I started doing CrossFit in August of '04, thanks to some needling by Brand X Students (Jason and Ricky) and Jeff Martin. I've never looked back. If look at me and say, well, of course YOU can do it, you are a maniac, then that is the beauty of CrossFit at work. Hazel - 16kg Kettlebell - 15:15
I have never done Hazel before.
Hazel Run 1200M 63 KB swings (16kg) 36 Pull ups
run was 8:08 KB swings 21-12-then I forget Pull ups were way too broken.
Thanks for your comment on my blog! I hope your workouts are going great as always. I really hope to try a Painstorm sometime soon! Today's Crossfit WOD was 20 ball slams/ 200 m run, as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. I dithered too long over whether to pick a 25# or 30# ball since Rx'd was 25#, and my fellow Crossfitters made the decision for me by grabbing all the 25# balls available. Hahaha. Anyway take care and keep updating!
