Monday - CrossPit : 4 rounds of 65 punches and 15 45# Thrusters in 8 minutes

Wednesay - Hazel - 16kg Kettlebell - 15:15
Friday - J.T 31:19
Also adding in random sets of 10 push ups for the past week. Did three sets Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Did 4 sets Thursday and Friday. I want to do at least 5 sets when I get into a routine and work them closer and closer until I can do several sets of 10 in a row.
Jeff had suggested sets of five a couple of months ago, and I could only do a couple of do sets of 10 before having to go to sets of five then. My pushup endurance has been improved recently, so I went to sets of 10.
