I started doing CrossFit in August of '04, thanks to some needling by Brand X Students (Jason and Ricky) and Jeff Martin. I've never looked back. If look at me and say, well, of course YOU can do it, you are a maniac, then that is the beauty of CrossFit at work. Annie As RX'd 20:23
Annie 50-40-30-20-10 double unders situps
20:23 I don't know how it ranks with others, but its darn near miraculous for me.
5 minutes slower than the better as RX'ed times that I can see, about 30 minutes better than mine, if I could do double-unders at all. Having cracked as rx'ed and posted a good respectable time, now all that's left is to get faster. As if you didn't already have that planned ;-)
have to retype this because I lost my network connection and blogger doesn't like that.
It doesn't look like more than 10 people posted as Rx'd. Double unders are intimidating! Ranging anywhere from 9 minutes to 20 minutes.
I went in intending to sub and changed my mind. Figured I'd try to see how long I could keep up the singles at a quick pace and go to tuck jumps if I needed to.
