Thanks, to Jeff for the coaching and for trying to get me a pull up bar I didn't have to share. ;) And for talking me into unbroken sets of push jerk on the 4th round.

Rowed the 1000m in 4:24 - Jeff caught me half way to tell me not to burn it all up on the row.
