Monday - CrossPit

Crosspit
warmup was 800m - sprint one long side of each lap. Yuck.

3 rounds (in 15 minutes alotted)
1 Hill Sprint
10 burpees
10 slamball 20#
90 hard fast punches

(We did this in April and I was not able to do three rounds in the 15 minutes. Cool.)
