I wasn't sure I could do Big Dawg within the allotted time, started on pack with my work in progress HSPU.
Got to the Swings with 25# bell, got called out by GD to use the 35# bell after 10 reps, and then instructed to do 20 swings. (Thanks, Satan)
Finished up with Big Dawg, halfway through pullups at 17 minutes, thrusters killed me with 35#. Thanks to Sifu Dan, Karl and Rach coaching me to finish them up, practiclly died on the last run.

Spent the next 20 minutes recovering.
Oh yeah, my first run was 2:24. nice.
