So tempted to do JT today (or a facsimile thereof) but CrossPit is too much of a bear to do both!

Posting my workout from CrossPit instead:

4 rounds (pack)
21 Knees to Elbows
15 DB deadlift
(round 1 - 35#dbs, 2-4 were 25#dbs)
60 round kicks

I called time at 25 minutes. Did you keep going? If you were looking at the wall clock, it had 9 min. on it when we started.
