Small Latte - triple shot.
Whole milk.
Snack 2 block
1 oz havarti cheese
1 oz sliced turkey
1 oz kettle chips
Lunch 2-3 blocks I think
1/2 cobb salad (2 cups)
romaine lettuce
boiled egg
feta cheese
grilled chicken
avocado
dried cranberry
2tbsp ranch dressing

Was wondering how everyone is down there at Brand-X. Kudos for being diligent and even logging your food! You're more disciplined than I! Have you gotten a muscle-up yet? I am trying to be diligent but haven't quite gotten myself under control since the summer!
No muscle up yet but I gained 15 pounds so everything is harder now.
Hopefully by Christmas I'll be working it it again....
And yes I will say hi to everyone else.
