Friday - HSPU / Pull ups

For time:
30 Handstand push-ups
10 Pull-ups
20 Handstand push-ups
20 Pull-ups
10 Handstand push-ups
30 Pull-ups

Pull ups on the flat skinny bar in my house. determined grip for this bar is best if you leave out the palm. Monky grip pull ups? Mostly singles with a 4" jump to the bar, thus my time. Sets of two for the first 10 and a few scattered throughout.

HSPU. Work on depth.
