Monday - CrossPit Fran 7:11 (21-15-9 sprawl+4 pchs/Thrusters)

Run 1 mile: after the firt long lap, sprint log sides, jog short sides. 9:43
That was really hard to do 12 sprints. Again, I have nothing left for the jog between sprints. Next time I will just run it and see what's up.
