Saturday - 7rds run 200 / 5 x 85# thrusters / 10 x Pull ups

I did the saturday workout with 85#.
Not only is this the most I've ever done a thruster with, I did 7 sets of five! And my pull ups were all unbroken.

rested 10 minutes then did the next part in a pathetic 27 minutes.
