Wednesday - 5 rds Hill Sprint/15 thrusters/15 pull ups 27:55

I did Big Dawgs @ Brand X. Dan talked me into the 65# bar - I was going to use teh 45# bar but Dan said, what are you using for Fran these days? errrrr.....I got 7:33 on my last time with 65#...OK, load that one up with 20 more pounds.

I really needed the push from Dan, Andrea and Steve. It was tough. Broken sets of Thrusters and Pull ups (except unbroken pull ups round 1 and 5)
