Hello! Yes I am still here. Took a couple days off. Couldn't stand it any more and since the WOD was ME deadlifts I decided to do a ME Diane.
This is 60# heavier than my last Diane.

Deadlifts were really broken but did many sets of 3 with my bodyweight. HSPU were as far down as I could get and still get back up. Depth degraded as the workout progressed.
