I really do think I need to ease off for active rest. Thinking of coming in for CrossPit monday, then off tue-fri (or light efforts at home)

Will sched a CrossFit Total with Kim for next wed. I am very pleased with most of my times/weight in the last month. The 50-30-20 was not bad but wish I had got under 30. Still with all those damned double unders and push ups! LOL. I suppose I should have stuck with pack.
