Monday - CrossPit 12 minute butt whoopin'

CrossPit Workout

-9 kb swings 16kg
-becks burpees to abmat
-9 situps
1 min punches

Rest after situps if you get done in under a minute.

I got no rest I never got to the situps. I tried to really punch harder and faster than I have been up til now.

Did 3 rounds Bas Ruten punching drills (+ Round kicks after each combo )on the thai bag and that was really hard.
